I would imagine that Martin would quite likely have his hands full with the newest member to his family over Christmas. I was quite fortunate to meet Martin and the little chap in person, who was very full of life, very much a handful and if i recall, had quite an appetite for our promo literature 
That's the young un, not Martin BTW.
I am sure he will catch up on his PM's and E-mails eventually
