Anyone used these guys and have any comments on them.
I am still under warranty after buying my Disco in March but do not want to pay stealer prices once this is expired.
Thanks

Nice, honest, friendly bunch. Took my D2 there a couple of times about 5 years ago. At the time, it was a bit too far away from being a stealer. Difficult to get a booking, bit slow, not very proactive, always seemed overworked...
I'd be interested to hear responses.
Avoid Stratstones like the plague. I go to Duckworths in Market Rasen - definitely worth the drive. Excellent bunch - very highy recommended. Obviously more expensive than an indy, but you get a loan car, they fit you in quickly, cars ready when you expect, and it's sorted first time. I'm not for a second suggesting you dln't get that at other indys, but i really value that sort of stuff, so am happy to pay people i trust and have a very good relationship with 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

just be carefull if the warranty is Landrovers? they have a tendancy to make it difficult for you to claim if you dont use them for the work, ie if the person who repaired your car does not have dealer training ect !
I know it should not matter but as I say they can make it awkward. ( I would not use stratstone if it was the last place on earth tho )
Tailgate is easy fix and so is the EPB if your mechanically minded, I could forward you the technical information for both if you want (PM me you email address if needed) 'Just because you're breathing doesn't mean you're alive'

I'll second John on that one Duckworths far better then Stratsone in Hull. We used LRS for work on a Freelander we used to have, they dont have diagnostic gear and use a local independent guy (from experience he isnt great!). Personally I wouldnt take my D3 to them.

Try K & R off holderness road. Kev was the service manager at Waterside in the 90's and before that was on the w/shop floor at Central garage..
