As title,
many thanks to Nick, great service .
I ordered a Zermatt arch kit and some anti roll bar bushes for the front to try and eliminate a light knocking which has become more obvious whilst driving over the snow and ice ruts recently, also .......... Da Da Daaaaaaa the revised new style cupholders 8) 8) finally i can sit my mug in (one of three i bought to fit the original sodding cupholders )
He knew exactly the bits i needed, product knowledge is few and far between nowadays he also rang me twice to keep me updated on the order, when it was leaving etc.
Spot on service , just how it should be.
According to the lady at stratstones Hull, "no there are no different cupholders, or at least not that i am aware of" oh ok then , i must have imagined the ones i saw pictured on here
Armstrong massey knew of the shims for the standard bushes, but was sure there were no other options
Fair enough if i had spoken to the cleaner or maybe the guy who comes to remove dents in the sales vehicles, but this is parts/service....surely they have come across these before
Anyway, rant over
(i will get some pics up of the kit fitted over the weekend as long as the snow holds off long enough ) Procrastination is the thief of time!!

It's not only the spare parts people in Hull who don't know about the cupholder "inserts" ... the local parts guru here in Melbourne hadn't heard of 'em either soooo I got mine from Nick and they work a treat ... here's cheers to Nick - long may he reign in the LR parts world.
