Yep - have to agree 100%. I emailed on Friday and got a response in under an hour. A quick call to confirm the order for my new steering wheel, and it arrived yesterday as promised. What great service - many thanks Nick

from me too, PM'ed a vin # for a freelander and he managed to give us the details within the first day.
dont know how he keeps us all happy AND still manage his day job
Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!
