Parking Brake; Splice location.

Hey Guys,
I've read countless posts on here regarding the EPB, but I've yet to locate the exact location of the splice in general that seems to cause the loss of power to the module. could anyone lend a hand in where this splice is located? or a picture of the new overlay harness would also help. Wink
..Mitch

Mitch, there are 2 possible culprits, one is the connector behind the front N/S wheel arch liner, another is located just inside the N/S chassis rail halfway down the car. The splice you mention is just behind the rear axle where it spits and both wires go into EPB module. Mine went at the wheel arch connector, I put an overlay from the EPB fuse to the connector halfway down the car, solved it straight away. PM me if you want more detailed instructions on how to test the EPB to establish whether it is a voltage issue Thumbs Up
