D4 Park heater, is it possible to swich on manually ?

Hi, I can't seem to be able to manually switch on the parkheater on my D4. On the touch screen the two areas to press for heating and ventilation don't seem to be active, and look kind of greyed out.
Does anyone know if it is possible to switch it on manually ?

Only works with the ignition off. Turn the screen on by pressing the radio power button then the options should be in red and useable Thumbs Up

Can you set the timer on a XS model using the touch screen?

It's function can be enabled by using the faultmate MSV2. You can also add the remote function by adding the aerial and the module.

I think I have to invest in a faultmate MSV2. What else you can activate with it?
