Heated wing mirrors/washer jets

Morning all, don't think my heatead wing mirrors were working this am (temp -9). Also my wasjer jets appeared
frozen (bonnet was still white so not sure if heated jets were working). Any ideas guys is relay needs resetting for some reason ?

If so, what is the procedure to reset the relay and where is it located for the heated wingmirrors and washer jets.

I think wing mirrors come on with rear/front heated windscreen but could be wrong as never tested.

heated washer jets will only help to keep jets clear - if weather cold, and washer mix diluted they will still freeze.

someone on here suggested filling the water bottle with hot coffee to stop them freezing Rolling Eyes Duncan

As far as I know the mirrors are heated independent from the screens (front / rear). They have their own temp sensor who while activate the heating element.

These days, around 0 or minus, my mirrors feels warm all the time, even after one hour driving. Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE java black (in Europe)
