58 plate SE.
Drivers seat retracts automatically - supposedly to make it easier to exit. I've never felt the need in the last 25 years, but that's progress I suppose.
Downside is that the seat fails in the fully retracted position from time to time and I end up driving sitting bolt-upright with arms fully extended. The Dealer's had it in three of four times. Intermittant fault, no fix (x 2) then power cable abraded by the constant back and forward motion. Replaced. Fine for a month, then back to square one.
Every fault I've ever had has been experienced by hundreds of others - but not this one so far as I can see. Am I on my own?
