Warranty Expires - Advice Pls

My warranty / service plan expires 2/1/2011. I have made a booking for a last service on the 29th December. I have heard about this 126 point inspection. Can anyone elaborate thereon. The vehicle now has 45,000km on the clock.

So far I have had two rear diffs replaced (17,000km & 35,000km) plus a ecu module which got wet during an engine wash, all paid under warranty.

Extended service plan ? What's the advice. Bow down Ren Colyn

honestly LR extended is way to expensive for my taste and also excludes tear and wear ....;(

Agree, trade her quick, trust me once she's out your gonna get almost nothing for her. D4 has 100 000km/ 5 years, willl suit your mileage just fine Thumbs Up White MY2011 SDV6 HSE

Hi Ren, I recently brought my Disco to SA from the UK and LR SA would not take over the warranty. As it was at the end of its period anyway, I obtained and extended warranty and service plan from Innovation Group. I got this through the LR service manager at the McCarthy dealership at N1 City Cape Town. I can't say if this will be efficient, has not had to put it to the test yet, but for now I sleep at night.

Sell before warranty expires - ask me, you will lose half the value of purchase price if you try to sell after warranty expires. Erstwhile - D3 S '07. Dual battery system. Upgraded tow hitch. Mantec skid plate. Frontrunner rr. Tmax double headed built in compressor
