Does anyone know how many kilograms can lift mechanism for lifting the spare tire?

I don't know, but they are designed for lifting the normal sized spare. They break if abused, or used with a power impact driver like many tyre fitters do.

A full sized 19" and tyre is around 33KG ...I would imagine it's designed to cater for 40-50kg perhaps 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I'm thinking to realize something to similar for D3 (in aluminum).
My idea is to be able to put on and off whenever I go to off road, removing the spare wheel, and using mechanism for lifting the spare tire for using to position it and attach it.
what do you think about?

Careful you dont block the exhaust pipes. So long as it does not weigh too much it should be ok.

Be Careful Max Ive just busted mine with a 20'' wheel and had to get a new one from TLO.
Easy fit but not cheap.

I found the weight of aluminum sheets:
Kg x thickness x m2:
4mm - 10,8 kg
6mm - 16,2 kg
8mm - 21,6 kg
...mmm... I think that with the 8mm you can get it, perhaps also with the 8mm
