Have a new unused towbar but was thinking about getting a multi height towbar instead so i can attach my bike rack on it,
What are peoples thought (pros & cons) for multi height towbar over standard issued towbar, one thing not bothered that it will be on all the time as it will help defend the bumper when people bump your bumpers when trying to park,

I have a Maxx Rack on the back fitted to a fixed towbar. I regularly carry 4 full size mountain bikes with no problem. The bottom bracket is bolted permanently to the tow bar and the rack just slots in with 1 padlocked bolt to secure it.
