Discovery 4 seats into a D3

Hi all, I’m looking to put discovery 4 manual heated seats into my discovery 3 (also manual heated seats).

I assume the plugs for the heated seat won’t be the same but am I just looking at a case of cutting the old plugs and swapping them to the d4 seats or a whole lot more?
