Years of ownership - something NEW I have noticed

Spotted it last night, the interior light cluster, the one with the sunroof switches, has a SMALL light in front of the interior lights.

Its really small, but gives off light.....Whats it for exactly, it seems to direct light towords the screen

My Audi A6's had the same thing - but in red. Gave a glow over the radio and gearstick area.

Not noticed one in my D3 though. Mark.

At night, if you put the palm of your hand just under the rear view mirror, you'll see a small bright circle of light, and your 'nob' will then be in the dark Shocked Never get mad - get even !!

06 D3 now gone to family member and still going strong at 265k
