LR3 broke down and has rough idle and cuts out

Hello everyone, I could do with some help please.

Not sure of this the correct area to post but I've never used this site before, so apologies in advanced.

So couple of weeks ago my LR3 tdv6 2.7L HSE AUTO broke down on the motorway, lost all power and car has a really rough idle, will also cut out or be extremely hard to rev up.

There was no bang, or anything that would suggest something was broken, the car just wouldn't accelerate when putting foot down and when I stopped on the hard shoulder, it just cut out.

I'm getting the code P151c (see pic for full description) which says it's to do with air intake issue or crankcase breather and that's the only code. No engine warning light, nothing else showing. Though did show on the radio I was in low power mode.

The car literally has zero power and won't move. When the car does manage to run and rev a little, it blows out clouds of pure white smoke.

I've checked all the intake pipes, they are all OK, I've also checked pipe for crankcase breather and that's OK as well.

The car runs mega rough and lumpy.

I'm at a loss as to what this issue is.....

Anyone got any ideas?

I've attached pic of the code description.

Anyhelp would be very much appreciated.
