Hi Ian,

the bulb you refer too is a cornering lamp,which comes on with the relevant indicator flash to light the way you are going to turn!
I too have just done my lamps to xenon and found that out!

However to make these work needs reconfiguration of the cars ccf file by someone with a faultmate ie wiggs! Once enabled the above will then work,and also remember this is not the adaptive part of the lamp,this cannot be enabled to work for us with lesser model D3's as additinal loom etc is required Whistle

a mate said that using the MSV2 you are able to activate cornering light
you'll need a specific wiring as well depending on your car's version
give Pete Bell@BAS a call and i'm sure he'll be able to explain you how to do it

You DONT need any additional wiring for the cornering lamps ..its already wired Whistle G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

The ones i have done have had wiring in place . Thumbs Up

Should be pin 4 and 9 on the main headlight plug G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Have you a photo of the connectors, just curious.

Not actully counted the connections in the headlight connector but looks a lot more than 9
