lights on expo

Hi Guy's

Looking to fit 4 x lightforce 170 spots onto the expo!!!
Mine is the one without the pre drilled holes!
What is the best way? has anyone else fitted to this type?
Would i need to cut holes? Have tried in vain to aquire a front bar to affix onto the expo rack, so this may be a better option.
All thoughts advice welcomed and taken on board.
