what is the best method of fixing a couple of small dings in the very edge rime of a low profile alloy........basic silver colour
can they be spot fixed ?.......was told the lacquer the spot fixers use goes brown after a couple of months
is it possible to level the ding area & repaint locally ? ....will the leveling show...
or doe the whole wheel have to be done ?.........this is a big job & will wheels match up
very small dings...maybe 3mm across i mm deep
more my pride hurt as I have tried so hard to keep these wheels goodBREXIT - done properly.

Very small dinks are often just filled with filler and sanded smooth. The laquer should not discolour as its the proper stuff, you should get a warranty on the repairs if you use a reputable company.
