One reason that makes me think they are NOT stolen is that the seller accepts returns.17 Discovery 5 HSE Si6, Fuji White on brown | 07 LR3 SE 4.4 Java Black on Alpaca

Be careful because this guy can come and visit you after and not only for the Tow Bar
I am just curious on how this can happen without anybody getting upset and reporting this to the police

Harsh There are a whole world of reasons why this trader might have them legitimately....I'm sure he couldn't get away with trading stolen goods for over 5 years with 100% feedback 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Maybe you are right but to me that still look very strange.
Maybe he is just going around and getting in touch with everybody who is recycling tow bars which had to be removed because the owner lost the keys
