D4 Wheel arches and rear bumper on a D3, direct fit?
Hi,
Does anyone know if the wheels arches for a Discovery 4 will fit on a Discovery 3?
I want to fit a painted set of wheel arches to my Disco 3, but would prefer the ones for the Disco 4 as their not painted all the way down, but have a black plastic area on both ends.
Is it also possible to order the Disco 4 rear bumper, and the list above it factory painted in Zermatt silver?
Are these parts a direct fit?
Ive tried searching the forum for these questions, so sorry if its been asked before..

Thats exactly what I'd like to know. Saw D3's at Billing with painted wheel arches that had a capping on all of the bottom ends. Looked really nice, better than the straight D3 that I saw with just standard tapered ends. Mind you this still looked a whole lot better than black pvc or whatever it is.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the D4 arches and rear bumper are identical to those fitted to the MY09 D3s....

As paul said above. 09MY received the same wheel arch eyebrows and rear bumper as D4.

OK, so does this mean that the wheel arches with cappings can be fitted to pre '09 models? Anybody know for sure?

they fit straight, no worries, they just come in several part since the black part is a separate one from the painted one
