Cover or grommet for 2nd tow electrics hole?

Recently had a single 3 pin tow electrics fitted to the D4.

However, when in use I now have a gaping hole (plus the surronding screw holea) where the 2nd socket was supposed to go for the twin electrics.

Has anyone found a suitable cover or grommit to plug this up?

Socket for NATO trailer electrics.
