Driving on the seaside
Are there places where we can drive our D3 on the seaside without getting fines?
Anything towards Kent area?

We found a strip of beach near to sandwich golf course where you pay a toll to use the private road to the beach. Then you can drive up over the shingle to the sea. No sand from memory but we only parked up and had dinner.
On the map it is between the golf course and the sea. When out in the car next I will get the road name from the satnav----------------------------

I have driven up that area before now, but not onto the beach. Didn't pay a toll either - my locally-based mate took us in from the Deal end, along the Byway that crosses the Golf Links ...Regards,

Ray, you need to update the Defenders' sat nav, it's still the North Atlantic
One thing that amased me when I went to Tunisia was how far I still was from the equator Looked on maps often enough, but never really taken it onboard. I was still closer to the Hebrides Disco 5 HSE Lux
