Bought our D3 there a couple of months ago.
It had suspension knocks before we got it, these were not sorted but to be fair they did lots of other stuff that other dealers would have said no to.
So we left it for a while and in between times we found we had an EGR problem and then more serious an electronic problem with all the bells and whistles on the dash plus suspension lowering at 70mph.
Took the D3 back over to Stafford last Saturday for them to diagnose what was going on, they decided to keep the car for a week to get everything sorted.
Picked up today and everything done, wiring patch kit fitted to rear, lower front ball joints, ARB bushes front and rear, left hand EGR and even new wheel arch covers as I had said that the existing ones had been marked by a rotary polisher before pick up.
So a big thumbs up to Stafford service dept and the sales dept too who were also spot on.

Was all this done under warranty?
If not what sort of cost did they throw at you?

Was done under warranty / sales dept as some bits were noted before we picked the car up
