HI, If you have rear aircon, check the pipes that run front to rear on nearside at side of chassis rail. These frequently appear to be an issue and corrode lleading to fluid loss.
Cheers

The bloke who did mine used hydrogen and dye - it was a very small leak. he pickedit up on a hydrogen tester but there was no sign of the dye !Duncan

THANKS` GUYS` I HAVE MANAGED TO TRACE A GARAGE WHICH WILL BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THESE WORKS`.FINGERS` CROSSED.
Just had these 2 pipes replaced on mine - in fact the guy is still outside finishing up.
It's not so much that the pipes corrode - it's more that they end up chaffing on the metal bracket you can see in the picture as the foam sleeve round the pipes offers little protection.
Changing them is not too bad except that the nut you can see in the picture holding the bracket corrodes badly and in trying to remove it, the stud it screws on to gets sheared off. This happened with the front and centre brackets on mine. Luckily, the guy doing mine had a "rivetnut" device. He was able to drill a hole and fit a rivetnut to it, giving him something to secure the bracket to. He had to reposition the bracket though. Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills
