What can I get

Looking for a D3 around £16,500 what can I reasonably expect for this.

Must
be manual and have cruise control

Must not have beige/alpaca/creme interior Whistle

cheers guys, know what you mean chriss prices seem to be going up weekly at the moment. i was hoping prices might fall slightly in the summer Rolling with laughter

I got a manual 2005 SE with 65k miles for £15500 eight weeks ago in a private sale. I did appreciate at the time though that it hadn't been particularly well maintained and would need some money spending on it. Looking like the total outlay to get it up to scratch is going to be about £1000. So I would say that J@mes is spot on with his comment.

This site was invaluable prior to the purchase becuase it meant that I could look for and identify many of the common faults whilst I was looking at the car and use them to negotiate the price downwards. A lot of the stuff I saw around that age and mileage looked very poorly maintained so I would say look and choose carefully - gather as much info as you can from the site first and have it in mind when you are lookng at prospective purchases.
