Just had a new clutch , flywheel and release bearing today. Flywheen was absolutly knackersd. Can anyone tel me the best bedding in proceedure.
Do i just take it easy for the first 500- 1000miles,

it's not so much the driving once you're in gear, it's making sure that you don't ride the clutch and try to avoid hill starts if you want to bed it in gently Bodsys Brake Bible

Was it a main dealer that did it for you? how much was it? My release bearing is shot and I'm just waiting on the rest letting go before getting the whole lot changed.Joined the BMWX5 45e group

clutch ... that sounds like the work of the devil, I bet you have an extra foot for 3 pedals to
Clutch ,release bearing an flywheel I got of TLO , and independant specialists to fit for 350+vat so wernt too bad, well not as much as LR anyway
