TFC, does the map still do this? I think it's because that member has an @ in his username
On another note, there is now a new featurette on the map when you want to set your location. UK members can now enter a postcode directly into the "Find your co-ordinates" page to zoom straight to their location.
It's simple..
Find this line on the Find your co-ordinates window (reached via your Profile):
Type in your postcode and press Go:
There you go - your location will be shown as your D3 Profile icon (if set, otherwise a green pointer) and the popup window will automatically be opened for you, just click "Set here as my location" to do the deed, and then save your profile.
As always, if you don't wish to share your exact location then you may move your location by clicking elsewhere on the map as usual, then clicking "Set here as my location" from the popup balloon.
Postcodes entered are not stored in the database and are only used to provide latitude and longitude suggestions to you on the co-ordinates page.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Just given it a try and it worked fine - almost exactly where the house was too. Moved it a bit further away from the house though now. Thanks Martin1996 Discovery 1 300TDI ES Biarritz Blue, sold
