Any experience of Harwoods LR in Croydon?
Seen what looks like a nice HSE on there and thinking of going to look but at over 100 mile away would appreciate any pointers as to what they are like

I bought my car off them about ten months ago, travelled down there from Tyneside because it was on at a cracking price (Googled the reg and found it on a cached page at a different Harwoods branch for 3k more) and had the RSE DVD system I wanted.
When I got home found the tow bar was missing and it had been advertised as having towing equipment. They wriggled a little bit but then sent me a brand new tow bar a couple of weeks later.
Otherwise no problems, they gave a reasonable part ex offer for our old Scenic and didn't do a "webuyanycar" type inspection when we got down there even though I could only give them one key and both mirrors had quite deep back-lane-wall scratches (SWMBO not me)
The guy I dealt with was Brandon Clifton-Dey.
