Took the 90 in for some work at the weekend. Greeted by first name by the DP and Sales Manager before the door had closed behind me, which is always a plus. As I'd expressed an interest in changing the D3 for a 110 they had a new 110 DCPU XS demo available for us for the duration of the work (a surprise - they'd kept it quiet to see my face when they slung the keys at me). The 110 exceeded expectations, but still not the time to change (too many motorway miles at the moment) although it's now firmly on the list for when work gets a little closer to home.
Back to Yeovil. Work completed ahead of schedule, full explanation of the work done and a decent conversation with sensible figures around the various options coming up as my car approaches 2 years / pay the balance time.
I feel pretty damn lucky their my dealership. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
