Installing drivings lamps - XQB500080
I need some help please.
I'm busy installing the XQB500080 kit, and have it all in place except the below. In the picture it shows the large plug to undo, and place the black wire into slot number 13.
But I cannot find this large plug, and according to the instructions is green in colour. The only 2 green plugs I can find do not have a pin number 13 as they are too small.
The instructions are for a LHD, so the plug layout looks different. I looked on the other side but still cannot see this large green plug.
Has anybody done this, or can give some guidance?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
John

Yes that helps a lot. I've been looking on the driver's side, and not the passenger side of a RHD vehicle.
Thanks, so I might even get my lights working tonight.
Cheers

OK so I found it, but how does the ing thing come out. Been at it for 30 minutes and it won't budge. I'm scared I'm going to break it.

Just thought I would post that I have got it off. Right at the back there is a clip which you have to depress and pull the plug out. What a to get to.
@ jamieg7762, it's fairly straight forward, but the electrical plugs and connector pins are damn difficult to get out.
I had to make some custom brackets for my lights, as I have a discreet bumper with a winch fitted, so the normal stands don't fit.

Hmmmm that's interesting as there is nothing in the instructions that tell me that this needs doing. I haven't got round to trying them out, as I have some other wiring I need to complete. If they need enabling, then just as well I have a MSV2.
Thanks for the heads up, as I would have been rechecking all my wiring if they didn't work.
Cheers

Ok, I would never have guessed that, that it mean't a software update. So I've learnt something new today. I've just got to figure out how to update with my MSV2 as it's a new toy which I've not yet used.
Any advice?
Thanks
John

Did mine today, top tip re the green connector.....
Just to the right of it is a nut, if you take this off it allows you to pull the green connector housing forward and provides enough room together your finger to the tab.
