I have just joined this forum as I am looking at Disco 3's as the family has expanded.
I have just come back from seeing a 54 's' with leathers, heated seats, 20'' wheels, 53k miles FSH.
During the test drive an amber warning light came on after about 3 minutes which looked suspension related. Is this the "car is stuck at normal ride height and special programmes are off" that i read about on here?
Im buying from a dealer (not main dealer) and I kind of walked away from it. He said he will get it looked into..
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

There are others out there, you probably did the right thing walking away. It might be something and nothing, but it could also be a nightmare.

It will be interesting to see what happens when he calls me back after it is 'looked' into. He seemed surprised that came on..
I will post the reply here - the forum has been invaluable already!
Thanks

Walk away and look for an error free model before you buy.
