I have changed the clutch on my D3 but cant get any pressure on the clutch pedal. I have tried a pressuried bleeding system and no air is coming out the pedal does not return to the rest position it just stops on the floor.I have also tried the old method of mannually bleeding the sytem with no improvement. Have the seals also gone in the master cylinder? The pedal did the same before I changed the clutch but was definatly slipping, RPM blips when staring to go uphill and finally not drive at all.

Unusual for the pedal to stay on the floor, is there not a return spring on the pedal? There is normally a spring in the master cylinder also I would of thought, perhaps one or both of these have broken.

Did you change the slave cylinder as per LR recommendations when replacing the clutch?

Try bleeding it again with the strainer removed from the brake fluid reservoir.
