Thanks, so it is not standard on the SE, it would be a extra!
This would explain why I can not find it, the dealers do not have a clue, I had more knowledge about the car then inquiring about it, all they could say was it is very new & we are learning! This was the sort of answer I got from several dealers!

Steady on Pelyma, my dealer knows a lot about D3 and she is lovely. She has a 110 and it is brilliant.

I'm puzzled by some of the answers given here. In the UK price list the SE is listed with Navigation System (025FS) as Standard. Listed as an extra is the Premium Navigation System (025GL) for an extra 500 quid!
Now if the standard navigation system does not include the 4x4 screen, what does this give you? The 4x4 screen I would have though as a basic need.
I have a good reason for asking the question as I am planning to buy an SE next year and want to understand what the differences are. i don't find any explanation in the brochures. Discovery 3 XS Auto, Stornaway, Active rear diff.

The 4x4 screen is also supposed to show the ger selected - but be aware it doesn't It will show P-R-N-D, but continues to claim you are in Drive when you are in Drive-S and also when you are in command shift. LR CS will claim that it is not meant to show the correct gear (you'll get used to LR CS double speak!) however I now have confirmation from a senior manager at LR on the phone that it was meant to but someone missed it out at the final build stage!!
I have a lot of other similar interesting admissions relating to many of the issues owners are having which I hould be able to post shortly.

That's interesting; with a manual gearbox the gear display works perfectly.
On another note, be aware that UK SE spec vehicles are generally higher spec than those for overseas markets; I don't know about Swiss market vehicles, but it is worth noting, as what we have here in the UK as standard may not be in Switzerland.

Winger - do you mean that the display actually shows 1-2-3-4-5-6-R on the manual box? That would tie in with a few other issues that the Auto has eg the front pdc not activating until turn off handbrake (which you have to do with the manual cars whereas the autos have an auto off handbrake)

My 'S' does not have the front wheels indicator position like scorpios does, so I need to check with the dealer. It may have been a later mod again or just software. Hopefully the sensors are in position, so they can add it. I do have the manual gear indicators of course, but reverse is tiny compared to the forward gears.

I have the base model (no Sat Nav Screen). My gears show in the oddometer part and my steering alignment shows, only with with rock crawl selected, in the info centre display.
