Can the Tow-rag TDV6 be chipped up?
As per title...
Because I was following one this morning, he was towing a triple axel ifor-type trailer and was going pretty well... then we reached a duel carriage way and he booted it to overtake a lorry, it was as much as I could do just to keep up!
Surely the standard V6 isn't that quick? is it?57 RRS TDV8

hmmmm impressive
I kept thinking maybe it was a V10, (took one for a test drive before getting the D3..wow... nuts, but @ 16mpg it was a no no) but the wheels were the 3.0L V6 design.
I was hoping after the BAS map it was like-for-like against the 3.0L V6 VW?
There was a decal where the V6 would normally be situated... hence the mapped question.57 RRS TDV8

VAG diesels are very receptive to tuning and there is plenty of places that do them too!
for example, my missus has just ordered the 1.6 TDi A3 with 100bhp and 177ft/lb - Jabbasport near peterborough could remap it for £400 to 150bhp and 300 Torques - which is a huge increase!!!2014 D4 XS

OK.
So even though I was giving away a possible 50bhp... I had 30lbs more torque.... weird.. It should have been easier to reel him in surely57 RRS TDV8
