3 Discos and a Jeep at Drumclog
Met up with Alan G and Neil (Ayrshire Disco) today at Drumclog, had never realised we had such a good bit of off road right on our doorsteps. Thanks for showing us round Alan, should be better once it has dried out a bit.
By the way, does this count as a double spot!
May have to reconsider my tyre choice when my ATRs wear out though!

Alan and Niel are a bit camera shy!

We didn't go and play with the big boys though!

It is very good, but it is perhaps a bit limited for a car that you need to go to work in tomorrow with ATR s on but should improve as it dries out. There is still enough to have a good time for a couple of hours though. Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Nice to have met you all and finally put faces to usernames as well.
Dave, just glad you enjoyed your day. I did say it was repedative after a wee wwhile, though it's not the worst play area and as you say, it's near enough on our doorsteps.
Here dave, i knew you were taking photo's, but didn't realise you've been snapping as many.
Definatley will be better when dried out a touch, but as you and Neil found out today, the standard road tyre can be fun(or slightly sideways) on that slightly soft and wet grass.
Now mind, this ain't going to be any Disco Stu productions, far from it. More like rough Al's cutting room rejects.
Got a couple of clips edited, still to be joined and then however long they take to upload to youtube, as they're quite large files being in 720HD. The rear camera footage is so, so with it being through the bullet cam, albeit a little fuzzy. Next time one of you can take the lead and i'll get the footage of you caught from the dash cam. ATB

,Just wish i could have made it today also,
Def count me in next time and if dogexplo is there it should look very impressive(ok only five disco's but that would be impressive to me)
Let us know when Alan and i shall be there
Will do Brian and there could be 7 Disco 3's if the other two decide to come along. Both Hugh/ V40MAV and JKP/John had other commitments today, but both were asked as well. ATB

First video clip is, was ready but been picked up on soundtrack copyright again.
Anyway, it's still processing so hopefully the quality should clear up after a time and i will see what music i have that doesn't get picked up and re upload it with a soundtrack.

Waiting for an Audio swap for this one, though their choices are lacking.
Arrgh! Next upload about 90% complete and then told there was an error in the upload process.
4hrs wasted, so back to the drawing board, as this next clip is 1.2GB for it's 9min duration.ATB

Next up is from the bullet cam that was mounted on the roof at the rear.
So now get to see the other 3 that were behind.
No where near the same quality as the other clips, but it does the job. Though still a long way to go with my editing Sorry about the stationary sections.

Alan (or any other video god ), I had done a video on my compact camera but had held the camera on its side. Apart from putting the computer screen on its side (that is what i'm doing now ), how can I rotate the video by 90 degrees??? Joined the BMWX5 45e group
