| Minimum posts before being able to PM ? |

Hi,
I've seen suggestions that you need to have made a few posts (3, 5, ???) before being able to send PM's. Is this the case, and if so, what is the minimum posts required ?
I searched the site and read the FAQ's for the answer to this but couldn't find it.
