| Phone - very loud ring, quiet incoming sound |

Not sure if I have accidently done something to cause it - but all of a sudden when the phone rings through the built in system, it is very, very loud. You can turn down the volume, but then when you answer, the incoming sound is very quiet and you have to turn it up to max volume to hear the person at the other end when traveling at motorway speed. Any ideas? (57) 2008 HSE

I assume the call is actually coming through the car speakers? From time to time my iPhone doesn't hand off the call correctly, so it rings OK, you answer from the steering wheel controls, then the audio stays in the phone!
