Removal of Reflector on Rear Bumper

Has anyone taken this off the rear bumper, could do with instruction and images if poss.

I know someone in a Corsa who can help with removal. I must admit he has only removed a bit of mine, but with a bit more effort and better aim I am sure he could get the lot off.
Of course he may have to get a few repairs done to the front of his before trying again.
