Golf Course Rescue

Whilst out tobogganing on the golf course with the kids this pm, 2 x people appeared in hi-vis

Turned out to be paramedics attending a 13 yr old girl with broken ankle
They were a good 1\2 mile from their ambulance they had to leave in the car park
Offered the assistance of the Disco, they were more than happy as they had no idea when they could get the firebrigade out to move the girl
Popped home got the Disco drove down the 1st fairway (a lot further and straighter than I do with a wood !! ) which has a reasonable gradient and on further to the patient

Got the girl and paramedics back to the ambulance (all seats folded flat) no problems at all

Vehicle (fitted with vredestein wintrac 4 xtreme tyres) - absolutely chuffin' peerless Illegitimi Non Carborundum

Well done on your behalf another notch on the old disco3s character,
But hold on wheres the newspaper head line
It should read
MAN IS ASKED BY PARAMEDICS TO SAVE INJURED CHILD IN HIS RELIABLE AND WELL PREPARED LANDROVER DISCOVERY 3
but nowadays the anti 4X4 brigade and our british government would have it read

TWO PARAMEDICS CONTRAVENE HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES BY ASKING A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC FOR HELP WITH HIS HIGHLY POLLUTING 4x4 THE GREEN LOBY IS UP IN ARMS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THAT THE POLUTION AND THE SHEER WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE CRUSHED THE GRASS ON THE FAIRWAY THE GOLF ASSOCIATION ARE NOW SUEING THE NHS AND THE OWNER OF THE 4x4 FOR DAMAGE TO THEIR GOLF COURSE
And there would be no mention of the girl
Dosnt that sound about right well all I can say is well done you and f**k the above I bet there will be a few laughs at this one
