Think it is - it's got the extra paddle switch on the left side - the upper part is for speech recognition and the lower half turns on the wheel heater. Our D3s just have a one-piece switch for speech input there.
No idea whether it'll fit / whether it'll draw too much current through the clockspring thing though!

The clockspring for the heated wheel is a different part to the non heated version - not currently available as a replacement item

Thanks Iain - I'd been wondering if a heated wheel would "just work" in the D3 but it sounds like no!

That's a real shame that the heated part won't work. TFC is it likely that the part will become a replacement part with time?? Or is it not likely to happen??
i spottted a Disco 4 leather wheel for sale with all the buttons,does anybody know if this will work in an 09 Disco 3?? Iam looking to buy a new wheel ,so thought a model upgrade could be Cool 8) .
I have a GS ,with a crappy placcy wheel and no cuise or radio controls
