anyone else get this today?
As Official Vehicle Partner to the Ski Club of Great Britain we wanted to let you know about our great offer. Win and you’ll get to experience the peerless capabilities of a Discovery 4 over the course of 17 days – enough time to transport you to your holiday resort and back again, whatever the weather.
You’ll find the luxurious interior has enough room to accommodate you and your passengers, plus a huge load of luggage and ski equipment – and that’s without adding what you could carry on the roof.
Of course, the worse the weather, the more fun you’re likely to have. That’s because, with its advanced driving technology, this all-terrain vehicle is tailor-made to handle snowy and icy conditions effortlessly.
Should you want some idea of the conditions you’re likely to encounter around your chosen resort, we also sponsor the Ski Club’s snow reports, so we can help with that, too. (You can access the weather here)
So why not enter our prize draw now.
Yours Sincerely, one wife.......livid

The prize draw is only four weeks away, not long to wait. Now how long does it take to learn to ski?

A good idea to draw up a list of skiing areas with the most snow and ice laden roads. My tip is Kuhtai, near Innsbruck, Austria. It is heaving there with Land Rovers. I spotted a new looking green Defender with local number plate that read "HELP" in this area. Kuhtai is around 2000 metres high, and is a mountain pass that traps alot of snow, so the roads are always bad.
