So which warranty should I go for ??!!

I like many of you am gutted that the Tesco warranty is no more- My car is 3 years old in mid November and I have a quote from Landrover for £860 for an extended warranty (i've only done 34k)-
Is this good value or has anyone any other alternatives ??? Is this the million dollar question ?
