Scratches help?

OK so I went green laning and scraped along a gorse bush that has put a few scratches down the length of the D3. What is the best/recognised method for making these scratches look better without too much expense (I'll probably end up doing it again some day)!

Cheers.

Mud, loads of mud . . . . .

Other than that, how deep are the scratches - can you feel them "click" with your finger nail. If not then you should be able to polish out and wax Thumbs Up

Only way of removing scratches is by machine polishing. Although it can be done my hand, but you'll need an arm like garth and a wrist action like a 40yr old virgin to do a decent job.

Both are either a lot of effort effort or money to do it all again.

JKP,
I daren't begin to wonder just how you know the arm of a 40 year old virgin will do the same job as a polishing machine. Question Question

Talking about some one you know or maybe even a little closer to home. Question Whistle Whistle Whistle

Hi,
isn't there any protection to apply over the paint before going offroad? Maybe some kind of adhesive tape..
