get a sailmaker / boat canopy maker or similar to make you one up? Lots of wonder materials these days and they are used to turning out one off items.end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

You might also want to consider using a large tarpaulin, rachets straps and a net. Have a look at gear for white water sports.
We use big and strong (really) waterproof bags to take on the raft or in the kayak.
