D4 engine choice
It looks to me like the D4 has no petrol engine option - only the 2.7 and 3.0 TDV6 variants. Is this right. Can I no longer have my V8???
Please someone give me something that tells me I can get the new 5.0 V8 in a D4 HSE.

It may be a 5.0 V8 but it sure doesn't sound anywhere near as good as a Disco I 4.0 Rover V8.
The noise experts have quelled much of the exhaust note, but I'm sure that it would be possible to re-introduce the V8 rumble with a proper set of pipes!
