Tonight I've located, thanks to the section in this forum, the auxilliary stereo input cables behind the NS kickplate, so that I can hard wire an iPod socket. I will also be adding the stereo control buttons on the steering wheel, thanks to members here.
My question is, how on earth do you guys find out/work out this stuff? Do you have inside knowledge, or are you just mental enough to rip your new Disco apart just to "see how it works" ??? 2005 Disco 3 TDV6 7 seater. Leather, DVD, fully colour-coded.

When I was plumbing the roof mounted DVD and my 5 inch satnav into the dash, I just pulled the dashboard apart, and took the alarm sensor unit off the roof and rewired what I needed.
Just mad I guess.
