after watching a few on ebay - most of which did not have all the bits but were still asking big bucks - i decided to drop TLO a line and after a brief chat went for a new dog guard which has arrived just got to fit it. a job for sunday me thinks cheers John
you can do either - but it is a lot easier through 2nd row doors, with seats right down "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

thanks for that tip ... i wouldn't have thought to do it that way. our springer seems to like the soft dog box, but i will be happier once the guard is in place.
