Both myself and SWMBO have been talking about renewing our driving licences as their 10 year lifespans are nearly 'up'. Did you know that your photocard only lasts for 10 years?
Anyway, decided in the process to check our passports which, it transpires, are also due for renewal in the same year. Costs:
Driving Licence Renewal @ £20.00
UK Passport Renewal @ £77.50
Total for a couple = £195.00
Anyone remember the old days........ The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

Is it not cheaper to move house and get it done for nothing I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Wonder why that is ? Nothing to do with your ugly mug becoming even more ugly every 10 years is it ? 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
I haven't actually changed much at all in the past 10 years - principally because I looked a lot older than I was back then.
The last 10 years have been rather good compared with the preceding decade, and I have virtually none of the stress that I had back then. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom
