Terrible TMC in Italy!

I'm pretty sure that my Disco3 is picking up TMC information in Italy that is about half a year old or so. We keep getting warned of traffic that doesn't exist and so on. Here's an example of the best warning though (my wife was recording while I drove - listen to the car's warning and see the external temperature!).
