Recovery points - rear

Has anyone installed recovery points at the rear? Like the one in the front centre? If so, where exactly?

Was questioned by my local LA Sport dealer as to why I would want one in the rear... Evil or Very Mad Wasn't amused as he drives Cruiser, of course...
