I'm keen to know whether, by leaving the key in the ignition, this could run the battery down?
If I leave the key in the ignition for 4 to 5 days, the battery needs to be jump started. This does not appear to be the case when I remove the key from the ignition. I do have a duel battery system installed, controlled by a National Luna management sytem which has never given any problems on previous Disco's which I have owned.
Any comments on this?
Cheers
Alan

Yes, it'll never go fully to 'sleep' with the key in. Take it out The End

4 to 5 days ..your lucky if it would last a couple of hours with the key in the ignition ...basically it wakes up the cars electrics (and there are lots ) , so lots of power being drained .
Perfectly normal ..just dont leave the key in the ignition for more than a few hours G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
